The moment the Stars got that last minute goal in the 2nd I just knew they were gonna make it close in the 3rd.

I switched the game off when it became 5-1 Calgary…. Then I got a notification it was 6-1. I took a shower and when I got back to my phone it was 6-5 and I watched the last 2-3 minutes. Wild end toy the game but they shouldn’t rely on come-backs it’s not going to be sustainable. They need to play with urgency for more parts of the game or they are going to slip down the playoff rankings.

I do not see how the offsides goal was counted. The player was offsides. There was missed calls all over this game.

The 4th CGY goal was definately offside. The officiating in the game was abysmal in more ways than one.
The second ref you suck was for a play where it looked like the flame pushes the star in the the flame goalie.
I hate that I have faith in this team. But we'll see how we do when shit comes to crunch.
Hope the Stars can snap out of this, getting nervous with how we are playing.

Calgary were excellent until they went into prevent mode rather than continue to play. They were in total control whilst they were playing their game.
The right call was made on Calgary's 4th goal to go with the call on the ice, there was no conclusive proof either way that it was on/offside. I think a rule change should be made in these circumstances where Dallas should not get a Delay Of Game penalty or lose their time out.
I'd say I'm even more concerned over how the team's reliance on the top line is glaring now with Hintz out, but it could be a good correction opportunity. I also said this after the Ducks loss though, so. We'll see!
Still frustrating to see them in this awkward period, fighting with their old identity and a roster that feels torn between eras.
Won't start doom-saying though. Jets have had their share of rough moments and are top of the division.

Watching this game ..for Stars to fall significantly behind a good Flames team. . Coached by Daryl Sutter you know as a player to stay the course. Coached by Pete DeBoer..the urgency to right themselves it’s on the players..
Vladar was awful. Flames goalies have yet to have 2 consecutive strong games in a row. Yikes. Good road trip so far, but 28 one goal games and again, no killer instinct. Lucky.

Was at work and couldn't watch the game, felt pretty good when I checked the score and they were up 6-2 then later nearly pooped myself a little when I saw it was 6-5😬
Just my take on the Vladar knocking the net off: Vladar tries to push off the post and can't make the save because the post comes out of the hole. At no point does Vladar look like he isn't trying to make the save and be sneaky.

It was an exciting finish, but I do wish Dallas had shown up a little earlier (40 minutes late is a bit beyond fashionable). I disagree on the offside goal, or the call where a Flames player was laying on a Stars player after he pushed him into his own goalie, but it is what it is. Second game I've been to and the Stars lost both so maybe I should just stop going to these XD, They definitely need to get Wedgewood in more games though, get him in a rhythm. Hopefully Hintz is back soon. Not real worried about the Stars yet.
As a European, I try to watch as many matinee games as possible, just for the chance to see NHL hockey at all. It makes me watch as many games as a neutral as my own team, I guess, and it's fun in a different way. Without having tinted glasses and then watching the comment section after the game, I do wonder if those supporters (of the losing team, usually) and I have watched the same game when it comes to how much blames goes towards the referees. You think that effort was bad enough for those chants? Oh boy, you haven't see much, that's usually my thought.
Dallas is the most toxic fanbase in sports, and I say this as a rabid Stars fan.

I can’t help but feel responsible for this one… sorry Stars fans… I missed the beginning of the game but tuned in about half way through the first after it was 2-0. I watched How I Met Your Mother during intermission which turned out to be most of the 2nd period as well. Then I watched the whole 3rd. So every time I tuned in the Stars score. Sorry ⭐️ fans
