  1. I'm more concerned with how they think Tocchet is going to fix the problems with that team. That's the most interesting thing going on here. XD

  2. No point in making a coaching change if Rutherford doesn't make another move or moves soon after that. Probably would like to see the team win a few games here and there to buy Rutherford time so he can maximize trade returns as we move toward the trade deadline.

  3. It’s not even Bruce’s fault beyond him letting himself look like a pussy boy with no control over his team lol. But the fish rots from the head down. The canucks are cacucked by their terrible management. Like who the fuck is running their press? That person must be pulling their hair out. Every night there’s a new scandal because no one person wants to take control of the team. I mean that’s why I don’t think miller is being treated all that fairly either. Dude got signed to a fat contract and the team has no direction or leadership and everyone’s fighting so no one even wants to pass the puck to the other guy anymore. Management just let Bruce go in there and fall on a sword they dropped years ago and just said “it would be a shame if you were to fall on that sword for us so we can maximize profits for one more year”. Honestly the league probably needs to intervene and start firing people and force an ownership change.

  4. This sucks tbh. Bruce deserves more. Bruce isn't the problem, its other people. Its the general manager not Bruce from what I've seen (stars fan, not Canucks, im still mad they somehow beat us by large margins a lot the past 2 season)

  5. From a Canucks fan this is a joke and it is classless what they are doing to bruce. He deserves better it's not his fault that roster is dogshit.

  6. I think the hockey media in general no longer cares about ethics! Why else would this even be a story in the NHL news cycle? I blame the mainstream media and politicians in the U. S. for setting the bar so low for integrity, morality, and ethics. It's very sad that the hockey media is just following their lead.

  7. Tocket needs to give notice… missing part of the story.
But I agree… assistant coaches can take over

  8. If management fired those responsible for the Canucks lackluster play they would be firing themselves . The coach is just collateral damage . Compare Edmonton draft picks with Vancouver draft picks , and in most years the Canucks get to pick first . How is it so many Edmonton picks become stars in the NHL while Vancouver's picks just seem to fade away . That's on management, or in Vancouver's case , mismanagement
