Wife is a Giants fan and I told her before the season you guys were in for a fun year.

If we are tryin to make the playoffs this season, then it’s too late for being “creative”… Especially when that creativity against a 27th place team led to a loss last night. If we played with structure, we would’ve got our important 2 points.
I know we are only half a season into the year, but we see how tight it’s getting and how every point can be a make or break situation when we think about home ice advantage, or even making it to the playoffs in general. We should be up 6-10 points if not more right now with the games we should have won…

Is this in reference to a single player or the whole team? I could maybe see the argument for a single player like Panarin, but the whole team? That sounds like it would be a disaster.

i would argue gallant is fairly hands off. he has a rep as a players coach and sometimes i think that’s the problem. lack of structure.

Laffy is a bust. He’s playing top line minutes and can’t produce.

Not a Giants guy but I love Daboll I think he’s a great coach and a fellow Canadian !

I want the Rangers to hire Daboll, Ted Lasso style. Gotta figure since he loves NYR already he’s at least gonna have some hockey IQ.

That senile old man thinks the powerplay is good still, and goodrow is a top 6 player lol

Many NHL coaches should pay attention. Many NHL coaches are so paranoid about playing defense, they forget that to win a game, you have the puck into opposing net.

Speaking of leashes, that’s exactly what Bread needs. I’m sick and tired of him throwing the puck East-West at the blue line just to turn it over instead of chipping the puck in the corner. I’m sick and tired of him attempting the hard play instead of the easy one. Dude even scores a goal in the last game by simply chucking a shot on net through traffic and then decided to just completely abandon that idea to try passing the puck into the net.
It didn’t work in last year’s playoffs and it isn’t working now. His 1 saving grace was that he was able to produce on the PP despite his penchant for doing things the hard way. Now he’s not even doing that.

As a Packers fan I have loved him from day one.
