  1. At least they seem to be taking things seriously and have somewhat of a plan. It’s hard to do much when no one has cap space, though. It’s easy to say blow it all up, but what teams have the cap room to take on these big contracts? As long as Jim and Patrik have autonomy, that’s what’s important.

  2. hes lying only cuz he got caught and called out is why hes doing this.

  3. I'm so excited 😊, my life has totally changed since I invested $13,500 and now make $34,970 every 14 days

  4. The Canucks are in a tough spot. Lots of good pieces on the roster no doubt, but the cap really holds them back. Crazy to see them score so many goals & lose so many games. At least the losses have been entertaining LOL!

  5. You know after watching this media briefing by JR I am impressed. He knows the inside game of hockey. Pontificators do not know what goes on in managing an NHL team. As a die hard Canucks fan (been with them unequivocally since they entered the NHL) I have ridden the highs and lows of this team. Yes this season has been a bust. There's many elements that contribute to it. But lets give this management team the benefit of time to let their inner experience affect change. Benning has saddled our Canucks with decisions that are long term. Long term contracts that paralyze making the roster changes needed. Recall the Luongo contract that even he said was a ball and chain for him. I long for the days when we signed players to max 3-year contracts and then extended them. Seven plus year contracts do not allow the NHL to see forward movement. Cap space has hampered the league as a whole and it shows in our desire to move some Canuck players. JR admits the number one issue is Cap space to affect positive change in roster/success = wins and making the playoffs. As fans we know it inside us too. What we don't know is what they do on a daily basis to achieve the goals to bring a better roster to the ice. As a fan let's rely less on pontificators and allow patience and belief that things are being done to achieve what we want from this team.
