   Next season just have a team of Reilly and Barrie. Dermott and Holl, Sandin and Liljegren for defense

   They can’t sign pietrangelo, you can’t ice a good hockey team when 4 players are literally half the cap

    I think for next year the leafs D will be
    Rielly-Dermott
    Cheap free agent-Holl
    Sandin-Liljegren

    I think a player like dermott could play on his off hand instead of getting some right defenseman in free agency or putting Holl with rielly. And getting a left handed D will be easier and cheaper than getting a right handed defenseman.
