I want young talent instead of picks for Anderson There is no Size in the pipeline so get young Big players for Josh

Yes he will be traded when Hughs says so …He will fit into any contender and add to their wins especially when the money is on the line during a playoff run …Same for Armia , Eddy and Savy …But Habs have to replace the muscle with size in the drafts …Arber can't carry it all ..
As a Habs fan, I hope Habs get a 1st round draft choice and/or a prospect for him. He is at best a 3rd line player based on his points total and costs too much. He could provide depth for playoff teams.
Once a fortnight he is the best player in the league. Not a guy to build around, but a good leader when he leading and that's the problem.

The fall of Army is very frustrating. He was a defensive puck stripping WIZARD for us in the lock down seasons. Hopefully he can find his game. He is Definitely built for the playoffs.

Anderson was a beast in playoffs not just with Habs but also with CBJ. He was easily their best player when they upset TB in sweep several years back.
I have no idea what Hughes will do with this guy at the deadline
This is the quandrie, trade or not to trade. What if the Habs have a really good season in 2024 and need his services for a playoff run?
trading him, being able to keep Monahan, healthy he can bring help for Suzuki and good leadership.
Drouin, dadonov, Byron, and monahan are expiring, plus Anderson will likely get moved and Hoffman needs to go if just for more opportunities for young guys
Im good either way, if they keep him, im ok with that, i like Anderson, or if they get an offer that they can't say no to, im ok with that too. I wonder how many offers they've already turned down, probably a couple that would have most Habs fans PISSED!! lol. I read some of the comments, and it seems most people dont think he's very good, well i shouldn't say that, consistency is the biggest issue, which is totally right, that IS his biggest issue. But if u put him on the right line, he could be a really effective player, imagine Edmonton with their pp being Draisaitl, McDavid, and Anderson!! That sounds horrible!! lol, unless ur an Edmonton fan! lol. Oh well, I can't wait for the draft Junkie!! I hear ya Junkie, but, no one works or plays at a high level 100% of the time, especially in tank years. You want them to play like that when it counts, so really he's playing like he should right now. He played excellent in the cup run, give him another reason to play like that and he will, that's why the managers with teams in the hunt will kick da tires. Yes by.

Also, I'm sure everyone else was up in arms about Danault not scoring through how many seasons,,,, and thyen jumped on the bandwagon when he locked down the opponents starting lines. Not all players are supposed to score 30 goals. Turkey leg is another example, they need grinders, Armia, and Andy are that, just get them to the show.
NHL teams know what Anderson brings. And they also know his point totals would be much more impressive if he was playing on a great team

At least a 1st, as it said he's got all the tools, but sometimes he desappears. Plus he's making 5.5M and never had more then 50 pts in a season, plus he entering 30 soon, that's the year where physical guys like him starts to decline.
