  1. His skill is elite no doubt only question i have is how many 82 game seasons is he going to have

  2. He's always had Superstar/Franchise level talent. He was just a late bloomer. Now that he has experience and has worked hard in the offseasons, it's finally paying off. He can take over a game easily and when he goes, the rest of the team follows. He should be up for the Hart this year with the damage he's done on the ice at this point

  3. I knew Jack Hughes would be an absolute superstar. As a Devils fan, he's well on pace to score 50 goals by seasons end

  4. I traded hughes for Erik karlsson earlier in the year and it’s been tough to say whether it was a good trade or not but I did need a defenseman so…

  5. Not sure how people calling him late bloomer hes only 21. He hit 90 point pace in his 3rd season (last year) and on pace for 100 this year while playing next underwhelming wingers. Dude is hitting superstar level while being years out from his prime..

  6. Ha hard pass on Garland, damn near 0 interest. Would consider Brock for like a Casey (not a 1 for 1 but foundation pieces) but your entire franchise isn't worth Luke stop dreaming. Simon might not be in the same tier as Hughes but he's still much better than anything the Canucks could reasonably afford to offer. Yall don't have the quality of assets to be blue chip shopping, if you actually want something in your range you need to find some yard sales and bargain hunting.

  7. Considering the trade demands of some canucks fans when JT Miller was in the table (bratt, holtz, and more) I’m taking a hard pass on doing any deals with them, karma is a ___

  8. I always expected Hughes to be a 40+ goal scorer pass first centerman at his peak, yet he's already surpassed that by being on pace for 54 goals and 102 points at just 21 years old. He's now emerged as a future Rocket Richard candidate, and he's even good defensively too, which nobody expected him to be. Jack Hughes has been even better than advertised. Just imagine how dominant he'll be in his mid to late 20s.

  9. He’s exactly as good right now as he was last year. You all just were just still in the hilarious mindset of calling a 20 year old a bust.

  10. He's legitimately been the 2nd best player in the league this year. 1st in GS, 2nd in GSVA, 2nd in GAR, 1st in xGAR. Only McDavid's been better. He's going to be right in the group of the "not McDavid" best players for a very very long time
