it looks like his glove is not properly strapped, it should not be pushed back that far
Tossed the glove and went with the new one, made a beautiful glove save just after, Soups getting better and better doomers can't handle it huge W for Edmonton 5-2
He actually changed his glove after this too.
Campbell was solid tonight though and Who knew tolvanen wanted to be an oiler so bad he scored for us š
Heās let in this exact same goal like 4 or 5 times in the past year. It does appear that he straps his glove loosely, but also after so many times you have to change something up
Aww man. Poor guy. I hate to see Soupy Campbell struggle, he's just such a good guy.
He was actually really good tonight aside from this, has been really improving lately has had a .915 Sv% since Christmas
You just feel bad for the guy. Soup doesn't always have the best luck with his glove.
In this case, it looked like a random bounce, so Soup didn't really do anything wrong, he put his glove where the puck was going to be, just like what any goalie would do.
Mike Smith would have been waving his arms and yelling at the defense .
