if someone wants to be so lean but he does not want to run about 80km per week, how many calories may eat? 950!?! ?

  2. When people talk about their sponsors every second I simply don't wanna buy it

  3. This dude just eating/drinking random powders for like 1/4 his daily calories. Since when is real food not sufficient?

  4. He said he has hard workouts on tuesdays, fridays, and sundays. I'm assuming tuesday is vo2max/interval speed workout. fridays tempo run. sunday long run. does this sound right?

  5. I'm hungry after watching this video. Drew, please make a video about keeping your kitchen clean, so I will be inspired to keep mine cleaner.

  6. While the rest of the east African world beaters eat ugali and sip sweet tea! 😆
