Tyler Johnson had 12 receptions for 204 yards and two touchdowns Wednesday to become Minnesota’s career receiving leader and propel the 16th-ranked Gophers to a 31-24 victory over No. 9 Auburn in the Outback Bowl. Johnson was awarded the Outback Bowl MVP trophy.

The King of the North!
Great game Tyler! Wish you all the best in the NFL!
Love me some Tyler Johnson. He's so fun to watch as a Gophers fan. He was already slated as a top 3 round pick, but this game alone might have risen his stock a full round! Hope he succeeds in the NFL.
Stud! Wow!
Tyler has been the most underrated receiver in the nation for most of his career. He contributed so much to Minnesota, not only the football team, but his high school, his community, and he brought eyes to Minnesota. He has been one of the best receivers I've even seen play for Minnesota, I'm really going to miss him. Go luck in the NFL tyler.
1st rounder no doubt
Tyler Johnson 205 yards …………..Auburn Tigers 228 yards …………….yikes ! Tyler damn near outgained Auburn all by himself
Coach Fleck and Minnesota's own talented Johnson have opened wide the door for many more talented athletes from the Gopher State and beyond, to "Row the Boat" in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
I have to laugh at the Minnesota high school athletes who choose to go out of state; thinking the grass is greener. Stay at home where your family and friends can go to the games and you can be a hometown hero for life!. Not to mention the business contacts you will make after your done playing football.
Would love to see Tyler Johnson as a Viking
Jet Up ✈️

Great minnesota kid. Hope he comes to green bay.
Purple and black gone look good on him 🤞🏾truss
Anyone here after Los?
He'll be missed, but the Gophers still have Rashod Bateman.
Welcome to Tampa!
Here after the Bucs drafted him
Welcome to Tampa Tyler, we'll take good care of him!
Tampa Bay got a steal. 🏈😁
