Dejounte Murray scored off 30 points during the game, with another 18 added from Trae Young. The Hawks and Mavericks were both trading shot after shot in this Texas-style showdown, which could end up going either way. But in the end, it was the Atlanta Hawks that came out triumphant and being the new sheriff in town!
With their fourth win under their feathery belts, the Atlanta Hawks find themselves back above .500 once again, and ready to return home to the ATL in a positive mood. Games like this for Trae are often overlooked. Yeah, itβs not a 40 point game. Instead he let the pace of the game come to him and he managed it well so that his teammates could be effective. He let DJM cook when he had it going and made clutch floaters when the lanes were open. I know itβs a lame comparison to say that both teams won the trade for different aspects but I really do find that to be true

My Atlanta Hawks are finally playing at a high level again. They've won four in a row and are above .500 for the first time since December 23rd. This is how I expect them to play. The Hawks have too much talent to be mediocre. Go Hawks!
