    That’s what we wondered when idiot khan hired urban. The same question can be raised why khan hired coughlin as jags team president.

    coughlin was a terrible hire. Aruban walked in and Immediately attempted hired the dumb strength coach, right.

    Clearly, Arrogance was the whole reason, a first year nfl coach whose previous experience was in college.

    Clearly, that was a dumb bad omen, which urban, fulfilled every bit of that torrid prophecy and worse if possible.

    Likewise, predictably, coughlin so trash his president job, which is pretty straight forward and simple, this damn idiot had the players Union, recommending no free agents go to the jags, which was in itself, historical.

    Now with both coughlin and urban, being absolute disasters, let’s focus attention on owner khan.

    As a businessman and owner, the buck stops with khan.

    Khan if so,wine representing you made terrible errors, which was employed by you, would you fire, and if that answer is yes, which is no brainer, then khan should symbolically give himself the same walking papers.

    Khan is trash.

    Idk, I don’t think everything about the firing was truthful. It sounds like they dug up and exaggerated a little bit to not pay out $30,000,000. Shad Kahn sounds like an alright guy but I don’t think Urban Meyer is as bad as everyone says.

    Urban Meyer was GREAT on big noon kickoff, absolutely great.

    Yes, he needs to be back on there.

    There was a lot of people who thought that was a bad hire to begin with. Most college coaches who have been there a long time have a rough go to the NFL, mainly because you aren't dealing with kids any more. These are grown ups with wife and kids, money, obligations outside of football, charity organizations, and advertising themselves as a brand. And Meyer had no idea, and the fact that nobody on his staff talked to him about this tells you the kind of people he surrounds himself with. He thought he could do what he does in college and apply it here, the same as all the other failed college coaches. He didn't take the time to learn the players on his team or who his opponents had. He didn't know his kicker's name. And he didn't know Aaron Donald. Just arrogant. Steve Spurrier was the same way. Nick Saban was even challenged in his small stint in Miami. It's different at the pros, because you aren't there to teach as much as you would in college. You are there to motivate. The players all know the ins and outs of their positions. It's about preparing them for who they are about to see and how to get by them. And some players are more motivated than others.

    Yeah Urban Meyer he wasn't he's not bred to coach NFL he's just go back to college coach there NFL it's going to be you know Jack's like he's the answer to it whatever he's not obviously they had a really good quarterback I can't remember what he was it was like one number one between number three pick NFL draft for Trevor Lawrence and yeah he was supposed to be the next best thing and he is he still good but Urban Meyer came there s*** to bed lost everybody around and did you go back to coaching now and NCAA Vanessa that's my rent

    If Urban has all the problems they say, he must be the greatest schematic technician ever or what attribute about him was so great that at football it would overcome all these negatives year after year in College? If I was a college team I would be trying to determine his strength and maximize it.
