Maurice seems to have had a fire under is ass recently and I’m kinda loving it. He’s always been the chill, monotoned (some might say “politician coach”) but calling out the refs against the leafs and screaming his head off tonight wow man shades of Gerard Gallant. I think at this point in the season we’re at a level of desperation and Maurice is saying fuck it and throwing away the “good guy” persona. This team should be the bad guys of the league, not quite broad street bullies but scrappy and annoying team that everyone hates to play like the Lightning.
