He is such a LEGEND for this

During tonights Boston Bruins vs New York Islanders game, Patrice Bergeron showed us once again why he’s such a great leader as captain of the Bruins. After taking a Pastrnak shot to the face, going to the locker room and Brad Marchand securing a 3-1 lead, Bergeron still came back in a display of leadership to his team. Frederic had a good laugh beside him and all was well as the bruins played another solid team game. I cover this and everything else tonights NHL hockey highlights recap!

  1. He is my favorite player of all time. Im in my 30s and have been watching hockey my whole life. I bought his jersey the year he got the C just because I was so excited to see him finally get it after deserving it for like 15 years.

  2. Can you make a video on ullmarks insane play this year. I’d like to see how he stacks up compared to other goalies who started at similar paces

  3. Bergy is one of the toughest and intelligent players I’ve ever seen. Played an entire playoff series with broken ribs and a punctured lung!!! I was at the game like 25 years ago when Ray Bourque slid to block a shot and took a slapper off the face… now you know that lol

  4. Bergeron is the perfect gentlemanly hockey player. Kind of guy the kids should emulate.

  5. Not only did he return but he played well after the injury. Bergerons always been a legend here and rightfully so.

  6. Patrice Bergeron is one of the biggest chads in all of sports. Bro once played a good chunk of a game with a punctured lung, broken ribs, etc. and in the playoffs last year, he took a really nasty highstick at the end of the 2nd period of a game that put a huge cut a few centimeters beneath his eye. And he finished the game. You can’t keep Bergeron down, playoffs or regular season. That shows a dedication to the team and trying to help them win unlike any other sports captain I’ve ever seen

  7. Bergy is the guy that everyone wants on their team…but doesn't mind playing against. He is not a dirty player. He is all class!

  8. HE KNOWS WHAT THAT B MEANS ON THE FRONT OF HIS JERSEY,HE IS THE EPITOMY OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A BOSTON BRUIN.SO GLAD THEY ARE BACK FOR WHAT I HOPE TO BE AN EPIC RUN IN THE PLAYOFFS,BERGERON IS HUNGRY FOR ONE THING ONLY AND ITS NOT CASH OR FAME JUST A SILVER CUP.
BRING IT BERGY LIKE ONLY YOU CAN,TOO BAD CHARA DID NOT COME BACK.

  9. Not sure who the number 53 player is on New York that was concerned for him getting hit in the face but that is true sportsmanship right there👍

  10. Orr. Esposito. Bourque. Chara. Bergeron. I can't believe how lucky the Bruins have been with their talisman players.

  11. This is why imo the Bruins have to win this year. The main core doesn't have a lot of time left and this is so far their best shot to win the Cup

  12. Bergy's Nose needs to Retire BERGY Himself does not. Been watching the Man since the year Bruins Drafted him. There's a reason he's my Hockey Hero on and off the Ice.

  13. I said it before, when it's all over you can put the #37 right next to #4.☝️🪜 Turn of the century player🐻… Vie La" Patrice 🖤💛

  14. I was at this game and the puck to bergeron happend right in front of us. The thing I wish they showed was the amount of respect the Islanders fans had.

  15. Careful Boston, remember when the Red Wings broke the record for most wins in the regular season (62 wins in 1996) only to lose in the conference finals to Colorado! I hope you guys can keep that energy up deep into the post season!

  16. God i don’t like the the bruins because im a habs fan but i love bergeron such a great guy and overall good person in real life my favorite on the bruins for sure 😉 ill be sad when he retires wich i hope is not soon

  17. How about a video of him blocking shots with a busted ankle and a punctured lung during game 7 in the cup final.
