  1. Hey everyone! I’m sorry about this confusion but I missed this mistake around 6:10. When I’m talking about eating enough protein in a day I mix up lbs with kg. You should eat around 2 grams of protein per kg body weight total in a day. And around 1g protein per lbs total in a day. Thanks for watching!

  4. i dont understand why people think of cardio as "burning muscle"
    the circumference of type 2x muscle is larger than Type 1 A, so u r not BURNIG anything, u r just changing the ratio of muscle in your body

  8. Can you clarify on avoiding sugar? You advise to avoid sugar yet the meal plan comes with over 400 gr of carbs
