Hey everyone! I’m sorry about this confusion but I missed this mistake around 6:10. When I’m talking about eating enough protein in a day I mix up lbs with kg. You should eat around 2 grams of protein per kg body weight total in a day. And around 1g protein per lbs total in a day. Thanks for watching!
6:13 2.2 grams protein per pound body weight? So about 400 grams for a 180 lb male? That's like 16 Bubba Burgers a day! Or 12-13 chicken breasts! Or a hella lot of eggs, as in dozens (https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/protein-in-egg#TOC_TITLE_HDR_2!)...

I would love to see a video like this about James McAvoy’s macros, as his body type is more like mine and so different than Tarzan’s and Batman’s tall, lean builds.
How many Calories did he consume on each step of the cycle?

the circumference of type 2x muscle is larger than Type 1 A, so u r not BURNIG anything, u r just changing the ratio of muscle in your body
