you missed a big one here – look up red wings cup winning goal in the 2008 series vs Pitt. Fleury leans back in the crease and pushes the puck into the net. Gives Detroit a 2 goal lead and winds up being the game winner.
With all of these (and especially the ones where the puck is lost in the goalie's equipment) I kept hearing Dangle's voice in my head: "Oof, that's a Dang-It!" LOL. 😉
I would never do what that goalie in the last clip did, Some games I've had 15+ goals per game scored on me (no joke, once even 20.) and I just kept playin and having fun (besides challenging the shooter lol) I love being a goalie and I just wanna play no matter how many I let in I play roller and floor hockey however.
if you can't kick/headbutt the puck into the net, how does it getting stuck in a goalie's gear and it crossing the line count? going off the goalie? sure, whatever. it being stuck in their gear? yeah, that's kinda bs
