niners are first against run and first in takeaways
eagles have great secondary but are 21st against run. niners are very balanced run/ pass team. eagles are good against 1 primary receivers but in the 20s out of 32 against the 3 and 4 fecievers

Giants fan, so obviously a little biased, but watching the pure arrogance of the eagles attitudes for years, it’s hard to like them. Vick was inexcusable. Entire team may as well be a probation facility. It isn’t even a love to hate team. They embody everything that makes people dislike the arrogant athlete. Watson was born to be an eagle. We knew all year this should've been the Main Matchup. 49ers held to 19pts by Dallas vs what we put up on Dallas. Plus we had that Dallas d-line begging for oxygen against our Ginshew-led offense. 49ers & Purdy got something coming.

Something people are not talking about. Eagles run defense is like 20 something. Niners are a run first team. They will pound the ball then pass. Overall, it should be a nail biting game. Go niners

Best run defense in football…"you can run on this team." Interesting "analysis." I hate to break the news, but Sanders is not anywhere close to an elite back. He's a solid RB who had a lot of success against bad run defenses. SF is not one of them. Hurts didnt show much because he didnt need to. 155 yards passing with a 6.4 ypa doesn't indicate much. Fortunately for them McCaffery is no where close to 100% so if SF runs him out there that could be a plus for the Eagles mediocre run defense. Should be a good game, but if SF gets the run game going this could get ugly.
Our defense is great and can make this a game. Can’t wait for the Purdy vs Hurts reunion game. Maybe its as tight of a game?
