  1. What a game! Exciting till the end! Loved hearing some Daft Punk as the boys celebrated, the song they played is actually my Ringtone. LGRW 🐙 🏒 🤘

  2. i know i didnt n cant see the whole thing, but it really looks like the refs fucked the Wings out of several powerplays based on the number of non-calls in this highlight alone. eek!

  3. This team is DEFINITELY different than that of the previous five years: They're able to deal with the various non-calls by refs that should result in Wings Power Plays as well as call against them that shouldn't have been called, and this game is proof.

It's also proof that the fathers and mentors are Good Luck Charms, as no matter how bad the Wings have been, when the week of the Fathers And Mentors Trip rolls around, they find themselves winning more often than not.

This year, it's getting them back into the Playoff race. We were out of it a week and a half ago, now we're only two points behind the Panthers.

Oh, and we beat a team we should be beating, too. That's VERY important, with how good we seem to be at beating teams ahead of us in the standings, not to mention we're scoring more goals lately, quite a few games of at least three goals for us over the past few weeks.

Steve, for the love of God, RE-SIGN LARKIN! He's the last remaining player from The Playoff Streak (his rookie year was the last year of The Playoff Streak if I remember correctly) and is being seen by a large part of the fan base as a bridge between The Playoff Streak and the future, making him VERY popular with the fans.

  4. What an absolute banger of a game! Lots of penalties on Montreal that the refs just let go for some reason (gee, I wonder why?), including what should've been a double minor when Raymond got whacked in the beak. But I guess that's how it goes when you play in one of the NHL's beloved cities.

  5. Satisfying to see us still win in front of the dads even after all the bullshit. Also thank you Husso.

  6. Wow first time in a while it seemed EXTREMELY obvious that the refs were missing calls. I counted two last night that technically could've not happened had Wings called penalties (Seemed like a late hit on Hronek behind the net which led to a goal, the slewfoot on Ras, and then the high stick on Ray that was a goal.) Could've been a 4-0 game for the Wings. Still win though, Thanks AWOOD

  7. What an absolute shitshow by the officiating last night. That should have been a 5 on 3 and a double minor for that high stick on the 2-2 goal, and then they call that in the last minute of the game after completely blowing it earlier?

  8. No suprise Seiders dad is a legend like his son. Drop a comment for the algorithm and Kay Seider.

  9. No call for Kirby Dachs slew foot on Rasmussen? Looks pretty intentional after watching it back. Good response by Copp challenging him to a fight.

  10. Where did Montreal get those jerseys? Did the Penguins have a garage sale? Detroit owes their goaltender a dinner of his choice. The Wings defense needs another couple of seasons in Junior.

  11. That was a fun game, gave me fits but very entertaining. I'm happy for the Dads! Refs were brutal. LGRW! Huuuuuuuss!

  12. What should have been a 4 minutes penalty ends up being a shorthanded goal smh. Never should have gone to overtime.

  13. Two awful back checks by Copp at the end of the game almost ended up costing us the game
