I was definitely surprised they drafted a QB in the 2nd round. But I definitely wanted him. We had won a SB with a backup QB after Wentz got hurt. I will always support the franchise investing in that position even if we have a superstar QB!

I was suprised as anyone else when Jalen was drafted but I was all about it because at the time Wentz wasn't looking great. You can tell he wasn't the same player and I believe they Drafted Hurts either to trade him in the future once Wentz got back to normal or Hurts would be the QB of the future. If the Eagles win the SB this would be the Eagles BEST 2nd round pick of all time and they had a couple good ones over the years.
I wanted you immediately after you told your interviewer predraft your a winner and meant it. It wasn’t the team or the player, the right scheme came in and I sang fly eagles fly with you as you hoisted the nfc title!!! If this guy isn’t mvp it’s rigged
