Tarasenko can pick where he wants to play and I doubt Calgary is it. Maybe Boston but the rangers or islanders are the favorites imo
Laffy isn't going anywhere. He's a healthy scratch one time and these rumors start flying off the handle. The situation that everyone "should" be watching is the David Pastrnak one. The Bruins and his agent, have been attempting to come to terms on a contract extension since before the season started and are still far apart. They've made some progress but not much. With the Bruins recently extending Pavel Zacha to a 4 year deal, worth 19 million dollars. It takes away from the cap space they have to get that extension done for Pastrnak.
Eller is so underrated. Would not be happy to see him go.

Severson sucks, we don’t want him. There are so many better players and defensive prospects in New Jersey to go after. The Dvils would have to add in significant pieces in order for the Canucks to take on that absolute liability.

Getting Horvat and trading Larks makes ZERO sense for the Red Wings. They’re pretty comparable players…with Larkin being a tad better defensively and Horvat a better goal scorer. Switching out Larks for Horvat would be a pretty lateral move in my opinion, you don’t really get better. However, if you put Larks and Horvat together as the 1-2 punch…that makes a LOT of sense. The Wings need an elite goal scorer, and keep striking out with the lottery balls. Yzerman eventually needs to take a big swing on a star player to avoid being stuck in the middle of the pack and having to push the rebuild further back.
Murray did the same exact thing when the Senators were playing Pittsburgh. He was "sick."

I think the Blackhawks or anyone else that thinks Kane at 33-34 is worth a Lafrieniere or Kakko is smoking crack. Anyone that thinks a 1st round pick is going along with one of them is straight up delusional border line mental. Drury is not trading either of them for a 30 year old player. I don’t care what Kane has done or has left. Kakko and Lafrieniere are 21 years old. Drury should get fired if he does that.
