Nikola Vlasic | Skills and Goals | Highlights
Nikola Vlašić (Croatian Nikola Vlašić; born October 4, 1997, Split) is a Croatian footballer, attacking midfielder for CSKA and the Croatian national team.
Nikola’s father, Josko Vlašić, competed internationally in decathlon and set a Croatian record in this sport, while his mother, Venera Milin, played basketball and cross-country skiing. Nikola is the youngest child in the family: he has an older sister Blanca (high jumper, vice-champion of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 4-time world champion, European champion) and two older brothers, Marin and Luca. Parents took Nikol to the football section when he was only 4 years old. At the age of 12 he moved to Hajduk. Later he became one of the most gifted graduates of the club’s academy.
