Reviewing Samuel Bolduc's 1st NHL Game for Islanders
How did rookie Samuel Bolduc do in his 1st NHL game for the New York Islanders? Here’s my review of that first step on NHL ice for the 2019 2nd-round pick.
Bolduc is great. He looks way better than that bust Romanov. Trading a 1st round pick for Romanov was another big failure for Lou. Lou hasn’t won a trade since 1995. The worst GM in the NHL. No NHL GM would pay a 1st round pick for Romanov at the trade deadline this year where teams pay a premium. But Lou paid that a the draft lol. Lou is a disgrace.
I was at the game. He did fine in Toronto. His shot is above average pro level. He has some serious zip on that wrist shot. He ripped one in on net at our end of the rink and it drew a reaction from the crowd with how quickly it came in and hand of handcuffed the goalie. i have highish hopes for Bolduc.

I wouldn't expect Bolduc to play on the that amazing power play,
I really liked his performance in the second game against Ottawa.

They need to bench that loser Bailey and call up IShkakov. I’m tired of seeing that do nothing Bailey on the PP

I think he is likely the final pieces on the left side for defense. Him Pelech and Romy should hold down the top 3 lines for a couple of years.
