I was at that game.. if this guy is anything like me, he was not thinking “I believe”.. that was a “I CANT believe I just sat here for 6 hours, couldn’t go to bathroom, couldn’t get a drink of water after the 1st OT, and missed my last train back to Long Island to see the Rangers play two games of hockey in one and lose”

I had a migraine and listened to the overtimes with a facecloth over my eyes. Sleep helps my migraines and all I could think at the end was how the freakin refs cost me two hours of precious sleep by robbing Kakko of his game winner.

I was at this game. It was my first Rangers playoff game ever. I was so pumped especially since me and some buddies went in on a half season plan in 2016. Being tipsy and then sober after all that hockey was equivalent to a 18 inning baseball game.

This was the worst night of my life being a new dad, daughter crying non stop and the game going on that long felt like it was never ending. what a terrible GI call that was to set the tone of the series!
