ABC is free TV. All you have to do is order an antenna if you don’t have streaming TV/cable. I have a $20 HD antenna that just plugs into my TV that I bought off Amazon a while back. I get ABC, Fox, NBC, CBS and about 25-30 random other channels. I’ve been watching TV for free this way for 10 years.
