Fight Camp Episode 2 | Peek-a-boo Style

Logan Brown Boxing Sparring Episode.

In this episode we finally see what everyone’s been waiting for. logan brown boxing sparring footage.

One of the biggest realisations I’ve had since starting this fight camp is that stamina is king.

To be honest I’ve always avoided stamina training – mainly because I never really thought about becoming a fighter, like I said in the first episode, this all started as a hobbie, studying the peek-a-boo style and trying out the techniques

But now that we’ve committed to having this fight, the first thing we need to do is build that stamina 😅

So the first sparring sessions of this fight camp were a big eye opener. I knew stamina was going to be a major factor but dayummm – the biggest factor was the brain fog that sets in…

And like my coach says in the video, once you’re in the ring with a sparring partner, you can have all the answers and all the techniques in your head but when you’re gassed and that brain fog kicks in….. It just doesn’t come together..

So after the first couple sparring sessions, I went to work of just pushing myself to my limits. Trying to hit that red line and keep pushing through it..

And I started to have breakthroughs…

And with each breakthrough my coach would add to my training, slowly but steadily we’re increasing the fitness and the workload at the same time…

And as we increase that workload the sparring is also getting harder and I’m looking forward to sharing more of that with you guys in the future.

Hope you enjoy the video.

BTW we do have a fight date, announcement to come soon.

  1. Mate, you are my ultimate inspiration. Keep up the sparring and I hope one day, I can have the mindset and growth to be at your level.

  2. I remember struggling in sparring as well and at one point it all clicked when I applied my own style instead of being in a concert mould. Keep it up brother, you are a source of motivation to me.

  3. Good stuff Logan. Can see the changes in your fitness and stamina. Sparring is no joke!

  4. Bro holy fuck Mike would be proud! You improved tremendously I absolutely love the different types of jabs you use

  5. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

  6. Awesome improvement from video 1 to 2. Inspirational work. Peak-a-boo is a style that is so heavily dependent on fitness- requires perpetual explosive, dynamic movement with full torque in every punch. Your journey presents an interesting question- Without TRT/ steroids, and at an older age, is the required fitness level for peak-a-boo achievable? If not, to compete at a high level will you need to mix different styles with peak-a-boo?

Amazing work. Keep the videos coming!

  7. you know what makes you gassed, doing to much flurries. you have to move in forward and at the right time attack. because if you just attack attack attack youll get timed

  8. HOLY CUZ!! You’re shredding it g. Mad progress cuz you insane ❤❤

  9. You Got this Logan , Im an amateur boxer 6-1 5KOs and i use the peek a boo style. when you in the ring don’t chase your opponent try to cut off the ring and throw punches in bunches , whenever you are exchanging in the pocket you are short n compact leverage punch n twist your hips so your not loading up on your shots. make sure you punch wit bad intentions when you go to the body as well so it makes them timid off wanting to exchange. your doing great cause you get the concept of it logan 🤞🏾

  10. Mike Tyson was young… Age and he had more energy…. thats why he was always offensive Boxer means he always try punch throw too many combinations than defence….

  11. It's good but not perfect….
So you need lighting speed like…Mike Tyson…..and also….you must move like Mike Tyson in all areas…

  12. At 5’8, 285lbs. I’m overweight and I found myself boxing, slipping, ducking, for 30mins straight with only 1min break after every 5mins. It amazed me at how much stamina I had with so much weight. What helped me was the Wim Hof breathing technique and cold showers, learning how to control my breathing.. with every step, every punch. Learning to breathe is what gives me my stamina. I hope this helps.

  13. Fantastic! I loved this episode, you are transforming yourself into a fighting machine. Keep it up.
