Fresh off signing a new NHL contract, I had the opportunity to sit down with Lawson Crouse of the Arizona Coyotes and chat about his hockey journey through minor hockey, being a first round NHL pick, and the ups and downs of playing professional hockey.

Lawson opens up about the mental grind of being a professional hockey player, his time spent in the minors and getting an opportunity to play with the NHL club again.

Lawson shares some great stories and discusses valuable lessons that he’s learned along the way. He talks about his path to the NHL and what it took both physically and mentally to achieve his goal.
