  1. Stupid selfish play. Elimination game and you do that… preds going to face penguins in the cup although I want the senators to go too

  2. Ducks are done now since Ritchie just pulled a Steve Bernier. I get the whole heat of the moment argument but that his was brutal! Glad he got 5

  3. I will feel so bad for Nashville of Arvidsson gets injured. Their offense would literally be ad bad as the Canucks.

  4. I saw people on twitter trying to say he turned, but idk about that. Just a dumb hit, I'll let you guys debate the punishment

  5. I don't think that should have been 5 minutes. Then again I know nothing about puck ball.

  6. Never turn your back towards the opposing player while along the boards. This is not the Swedish Elite League.

  7. reckless, irresponsible, childish, and whatever else shouldn't be involved in an elimination game. Way to go ritchie, I get it You're angry but that's just pathetic.

  8. Looks like it's gonna be Pens-Preds. I was hoping for back to back years of the Pens playing an aquatic animal from California, but at least the travel times are gonna be short.

  9. Ducks have been the dirtiest team in the league so far but fans will just call it "playoff hockey, hockey play" smh

  10. Kinda looked like he turned his back but still a dumb selfish play by Ritchie

  11. Absolutely hate the ducks. That's just me though. He's never going to forget this screw up lol.

  12. Arvidsson's skates were pointing directly at Bernier/the ducks goal literally a half second before he turned completely towards the glass and got hit. If you pause it at .35, Arvidsson's left elbow is pointing at Rinne/the Preds goal. If it was a real boarding hit, shouldn't his left elbow be pointed at the Ducks goal?

No way Ritchie was trying to board him they way they called it. Unfortunate for everyone though.

  13. Disgusting play from one of the ugliest people in the game, dude is a 1/10 if I'm gonna be generous

  14. Stupid, just putrefyingly stupid by Nick Ritchie. As karma would have, he and the rest of the Ducks can…well, Duck Off!!!!

  15. Doesnt matter if he turned or not …… Player is responsible for what he is doing. 10 games suspension would be perfectly ok. Almost as bad as that goon Wingels …. that was worthy 20 games minimum

  16. I'm not sure what everyone commenting here is looking at. he altered his route to hit him from the side and Arvidsson turned just as he arrived. that late turn is the newest fad in the NHL to avoid being hit at all, but it sometimes bites you in the ass. this time it bit both of them. I'm glad the Preds won, but this is a bs call imo.

  17. The Ducks …. this is the only way they play and it's too bad because they've got some skill. If you can't try to win clean then what is the point? This hit is just one more example.

  18. The same hit was against Duck player in this game, but it was ok as long as player wasn't hurt. Nice rules.
