  1. i like Boeser for the Pens, but I don't think he's top priority and I don't know if the Pens are interested. Now, Demco could be a target for sure…

  2. I like Brock. It would have been great if he could find his way here, but I sincerely think the kid needs a fresh start after all he has been through. Why can’t they send him home to Minnesota in a package? Matt Dumba would be a nice fit in a Canucks sweater!

  3. Prime change of scenery candidate. In a down year without PP1 time he’s still pacing for 60pts.

I think there are a few teams that’ll take a chance, just a matter of price and salary retention.

  4. Boeser isnt the confident shooter we saw in his first two seasons. I don’t know if its the coaching systems in place, his mental, physical, or what. He was a guy who you wanted to give the puck to in any creative shooting spaces. Nothing in his current game screams sniper/shooter. His skating has always been a weak spot for him as well. The guy probably needs a fresh start to spark his game, sadly.

  5. Schenn back to Toronto would help the Leafs in the playoffs tremendously against the Bruins, Tampa… Offer the Canucks a good draft pick or a prospect will do. Gotta give up something to get something, Dubas!

  6. Love to keep Brock, but we need to dump salary just so we can upgrade the defense…

  7. Luke Schenn, family oriented guy, playing for Vancouver because he and his family love living here so I think he wants to stay but he might be open going to Calgary as a rental

  8. The all-star weekend needs to have STAKES that fans care about, because otherwise why do we actually care? Give me a bare-bones East-vs-West matchup of the BEST players, and let the winning team get home advantage in the Finals.

  9. Canucks should have traded Boeser a long time ago. He's about the most over-rated, over-paid, under-performing and disappointing Canucks player in their team history. He'll be the same no matter which team he gets traded to. The man basically shows up every night to skate around and collect a paycheque. He has very little passion and drive for the game and it shows.

  10. Brock had such potential but either that injury or something else happened and he's just flatlined. The way previous management handled contracts was terrible and now he has a terrible contract. Its always better to cut bait on a guy too early than too late and this is a prime example. His value has only sank.

  11. suggesting Boeser is so bad the canucks have to retain salary is utterly pathetic. that wont be happening, dont fall for the pure BS

  12. Lets hope so, he's awful. Personally, I feel Boeser would benefit from losing some weight. Speed, or a lack of it, is his single biggest issue along with confidence. Of which he has none. He needs to be faster. A change of scenery should help him..
