This is the most pathetic Bruins team since the late 90's. This is NOT Bruins hockey. Fuck Don Sweeney, & it's not like they lack talent. They have it (when Bergy & Marshy are healthy). They lack TOUGHNESS, and that's what the big bad Bruins are supposed to convey. There is not a single guy that could stand up to ANY of the Rangers tonight. I grasp Reaves is the toughest in the league, but he ran them over, and nobody was even standing up to the secondary tough guys. Even when Dave Brown and Probert were the top 2 fighter sin the NHL, Jay Miller could at least hang with them. O'Reilly could lead the team in scoring and hang with Clark Gillies in his era. Boston's identity is skilled players who could fight. Bring a player Like like BACK. He may be less lethal offensively than he was when he put up 30 goals, but not with his fists. Just a decade ago, Boston had Chara, Lucic, Thornton, and McQuaid. Today's team is a disgrace when it comes to toughness.

Personally, I think Igor embellished a bit when Smith hit him and it wound up biting him in the ass. The weird blinking he was doing (not sure what that was about) in that one close up a few minutes later probably prompted the call from the concussion spotter. I'm glad he was able to make it back in time for the shootout. Nice win after two weeks off.
