I love this team!🙌🏻❤️ Weird game after the 1st, but a win is a win. Bad calls by the refs too, but whatever. Let’s keep it going!!!💪🏻

  2. YoungSpidey2001

Good overall team effort tonight. That first period was probably one of the best periods all year. That was some beautiful hockey. Vlad played brilliantly tonight and lets hope it’s gonna benefit us in the playoffs.

We’ve been quite impressive as of late.

I have no idea if we’re a cup contender and if we’re gonna compete for a cup this season but boy, do we look good and have some impressive depth as we get closer to the postseason.

Only time will tell, but I can definitely say that our kid line has given me hope.

  3. Sjdillon10

~~2012 Rangers with Biron in net~~ Kraken are a team i haven’t watched this year. The style of play got me nostalgic

  4. freshoranges12

Only watched the 3rd period. How did we score 5 on them? Lol

  5. d1rtydutch

I love how Vally and Hank get pumped about the rangers just like us

  6. SirusRiddler

Live in Seattle. Wear NYR cap. Smirk extra hard.

  7. Da4RealDeal

Officiating was brutal to close out the game, but still a very satisfying win! Tarasenko is already bringing a ton of energy to that top line, so satisfied to see him score so early haha. You could tell that the enthusiasm in that locker room is elevated by the Tarasenko acquisition too! This team is really starting to build something pretty special right now, I have a feeling that this is gonna be a really fun second half of the season. Let’s keep on pushing! 💪😤

  8. hojbjerfc

Never thought I would hear Vally say “Davai”.

    I love it.

    Privyet Vladdy

I’m not saving the nfl is an example of good officiating but even they atleast try to fix SOME stuff by basically having a free review take place seemingly at random…. And fix stuff.

Why the league can’t have an extra set of eyes to overrule obvious fuck ups is beyond me

  10. d1rtydutch

We’re gonna get Breadman in his final form now bc of Tarasenko

  11. MarsHotelSouth

You can tell from the post game interview Tarasenko already loves being a Ranger

  12. solid W. gonna take a few games for tarasenko to get adjusted to the system and his line mates. same goes for mikolla as well as kravstov who hasn’t played much.

gallant needs to leave the lines alone, barring any injuries this is as deep a line up we’ve had in a LONG time. 4 skilled lines. as good as any roster in the league.

  13. I loved that interview and I love him already, he’s so easy to cheer for

  14. hojbjerfc

Y’all Vladdy will be here next year. Look at how much he already loves it here

  15. Vladi daddy we love to party!!! Great to see him get the final star of the game. Let’s go Rangers!

  16. d1rtydutch

Really was beautiful to see how genuinely giddy Tarasenko was

  17. PrimeVector19

Can’t complain about a 4-0-0 home stand with a full eight points. Tarasenko had a nice debut, eh? Big west coast trip coming up after tomorrow at Carolina.

  18. will122589

Couldn’t script a better game, refs nonsense be damned

  20. AsukaUnderscore

They just have to make every game an ass clencher huh?

  21. albynomonk

Haven’t seen the refs fuck us like that since the Shittsburgh glory years

  22. superdad0206

Excited about this team! Bought tix for game 82 against the Leafs. Can’t wait to root them into the playoffs!! Let’s Go!!

  23. dixie12oz

Blues fan here. Take care of our Vladdy daddy. Glad to see he’s off to a good start.

  24. tillerman19

Sorry if this has been discussed and I didn’t see.
Did NHL dot com change their format for the box scores? I used to be able to see who scored, in what order, and watch a replay of the goal.

  25. yeyeman9

Vladdy making such an impact right away is huge. But more importantly is how everything else just feels “right”. Every line and every PP line are just great exactly as they are. Wild what one piece can do to the whole complexion of the team

  26. ItsHeadbangerG

I got fuckin’ goosebumps watching that first period. Senko comes in less than 3 minutes into the game and has an immediate impact on the team, it’s the scenario you dream about in any major sports trade. A big part of me was/is worried about seasons end, and how this trade will turn out, but right now I’m too goddamn ecstatic to worry about it. We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.

Everyone looked awesome tonight. Wish the 4th line scored so we could’ve had all the lines on the scoreboard, but such is life. I hate to be someone that whines about the refs, but holy shit these zebras and their qualifications for penalties make my head spin. Between soft calls, and stupid make up calls, there hasn’t been one moment thus far this season that hasn’t made me [Pauly D at my TV.](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/2hQC9M2XJLc/maxresdefault.jpg)

Tomorrow’s gonna be a tough one. See everybody then!

  27. irishdude1212

At the game. That first period was electric. That’s all I have to say

  28. just-an-astronomer

I’m convinced the rangers refuse to be able to put games away solely so we don’t get penisy

Need to be reminded how fickle success can be without quite losing it

  29. SlowVariation8

I love seeing the goals at the net front. Playoff style goals.

  30. explosivebuttfarts

Refs saw that one dude say “shutout” in the game thread and said “well we can’t be having any of that now, can we?”

  31. I was traveling the whole game. Is the hype real?

  32. Envelopen

Overall im satisfied with the game tonight, roughh third not entirely our fault but we over came the calls, thats what good teams do. I just would like to have seen kravs start placing his shots on net its kinda strange to see a lack of accuracy from a player like him but he had good forecheck.

  33. huskyferretguy1

The kraken have been… the opposite of released!

  34. BarmyDevonian

Finally got to watch a game in peace. Super excited to see what Tarasenko & Panarin can do together. Tarasenko is basically what the org hoped Krav would be this year. Krav’s at least an offseason of upper body strengthening away from showing what he can really do…but I did think he was noticeable tonight.

I’d prefer Gauthier got a chance to play on a line with Kreider tbh, so much size and strength.

New lines look very dangerous offensively. Not sure about defensively…the 3rd period was bad. Time will tell but I think Vesey gets put back in the top 9 sooner rather than later.

Mikkola had a rough debut and Schneider’s going through some young player hiccups in the past few games after such an impressive season. Hopefully they improve with some time together.

Kid line again was dominant, but the biggest positive was the PP came through. Finally a new look and it paid immediate dividends. Love that Drury didn’t wait until the deadline to pull the trigger. This will hopefully give the team a chance to mesh and pick the right lines come playoff time.

  35. BasicLiftingService

Had to watch a shit quality stream, and missed the first two goals live. Couldn’t make out the penalties everyone is talking about between 720P on a 60” and not wearing my contacts because I never do.

Don’t care. Had fun. Still wish we’d just drafted Tarasenko in the first place, Hank might have a Cup right now.

  36. Wesley__Willis

It’s hard to complain about the Rangers doubling up a team that has a nearly identical record on a night where the refs clearly favored the other guys. I guess they could have been more disciplined after they went up 5-1 but the outcome never really felt in doubt. This team is a wagon.

  37. Key-Tip-7521

The first period was something beautiful to watch. Written in the stars that ~~Vladdy~~ Vova would score his first goal as a Ranger in his first game as a Ranger. That was wait for it, CRACKIN’. Trocheck’s gritty goal is something I liked. But what I REALLY LIKED, was after getting lots of apples in previous games, Kaapo Kakko got a truly deserved goal. “Wow! It’s a nice goal!” Dude deserved it. Yute line continues to click. Power play looked good. Not one, but two power play goals from Trouba and Mika(whisper’s It’s a Power Play Goal!). Mika’s is heating up.
After that, defensively, especially in the third period, looked little iffy. When the Kraken scored those goals in 22 seconds, little concerning. The first one was a bad line change. Cant do that. Not’s Trouba’s fault. But the doomers will say “Trade him now! He’s useless!!!” Mikkola, despite the questionable penalties called by the zebras has that physical edge. However, regardless, can’t be taking dumb penalties especially against playoff teams. Turk had every right to be mad at the zebras tonight. Nevertheless, the Rangers played very well tonight. Team is cooking right now. That first line, if they heat up, OHHHH man it’s gonna be fun.
Watching the game and seeing/hearing the Garden come alive after Vova’s goal. Something special about bringing him in. Good job Drury. Very good.

All in all, Rangers win! Got the 2 points. Take it to the bank. Keep up winning streak. Onto Raleigh to take on the Canes. HUGE division game tomorrow night. Every game is huge down the stretch. Great game tonight. God Save the King. Back afta dis

Haven’t added this in a while, choose any of them idc lol LGR

  38. Grouchy-Power-806

That game was a lot of fun! I don’t have much more to say lol

  39. jerejeje

It’s truly incredible that out of the 6 guys Drury has traded for at the deadline, 5 of them fit in perfectly(1 game of Tarasenko is all I need to see) and Mikkola could also very well be a Braun-type stable LD3. Idk how he does it but Drury just *gets* the deadline.

  40. koishroom

if you asked me two weeks ago if we were a trade away from being a real cup contender, i would’ve said no, and now tarasenko has shown up to make me eat shit

that first period was electric y’all. if *that’s* what we’re bringing to the table for the playoffs, we might make the scf this year

    all hail vovishka, LFGR

  41. Nuevayork22

Couldn’t watch a second of the game but am so happy vlad scored right away! Howd the garden sound tonight?

  42. I missed the first and half the second, but just watch the highlights – Seemed electric. At the same time I was a little disappointed to see us once again take our foot off the gas during a lead and almost blow a 4 goal lead. I think if the rangers learn how to maintain and hold leads, they are one of the most dangerous teams in the league now with this lineup.
