Nah, that misconduct was bullshit. Sure, Crosby should have just accepted the 2 minutes Anderson got and moved on, but it didn't look like he was being particularly aggressive towards the ref. One of the jobs of a captain is to talk to the refs and get clarity on stuff. Those first misconducts were BS, and so was that second one. Players have been WAY worse towards the refs and not gotten a penalty.
I'm a Kings fan, but I'm with Crosby on this one. The refs are so far up their own asses these days.

love all the braindead people not even analyzing the play just saying hes diving. ignoring puck being shot at him as hes falling forward and a skate hitting his head. this guy has taken more abuse than anyone ever in the game because the nhl doesnt protect stars anymore and people still have the nerve to call him names like they are 12 lmao. not even a pens fan before anyone cries saying that too.
