After the whole controversy with Ovechkin in the last few days, I’m really glad to see how much support and love has been sent towards those Ukrainian pee-wees from both the Canadiens and everyone in the pee-wee tournament. Feels good to see everyone putting aside political biases to help some kids who were dealt a bad hand.

Fuck Putin. This kid should be playing hockey in his hometown with his dad cheering in the stands, now that will never happen. If there were any justice they’d make all those ‘Team Putin’ players playing in the NHL like Ovi meet these kids so they can tell them to their face what their ‘good friend’ did to them.
