It's crazy if you think about it. All these teams are very similar. You can't predict the winner of this Division. I will say this. The Kings NEVER win the Division, The Knights seem a bit old, and the Kraken seem like they'll crack under the pressure. I guess I think the Oilers finish first, the Knights second, the Kings third, and the Kraken fourth. I don't think Calgary has enough to get into the fight. The trade deadline will be important here. The Kings just seem deadly tip to bottom. Every King player from line 1 to 4 is a problem. The Oilers have you know who, and the Knights are just a winning franchise. Great show today anyway. One thing I will say. Our Division is much better than most thought it would be.
Why do Oilers people keep saying they need a puck moving D-Man when they have Tyson Barrie whose only job is a puck moving offensive D-Man. Unless they are moving him out when they moves someone in one of them would become duplicative. They don't need anymore offense they need big nasty D-Man. Btw this is what the Kings need as well, forget about another offensive D Man, we have the Brandt Clarke, Doughty, Durzi, Spence….they can all play offense we need a young Matt Greene or Robyn Regehr type of D man.
Great show. With all the goaltender talk. I'm surprised it was not mentioned Campbell with the Oilers and Jones with Seattle are ex-netminders of the Kings.
Outlier in terms of Kraken..have liked their lineup early on and the additions only increased my impression. This team has five or six players with Cup rings ..makes this group comprised of knowing well the Postseason . They play a solid game. And Coach Hakstol has honed his NHL head coaching skills..already a success with college.
