They are working on trading him at this point. They know they are stuck with Bobrovsky. Knight is going to get pushed out of Florida.

Knight has to fight for the number 1 spot,and he's just not showing he has the grit. Bob left the door open early this season and knight didn't walk through and shut it. So Bob stepped back up to lock down number 1 til knight earns it. If he's hurt he needs to sit and heal. That 1st goal last night was bad,didn't track the puck at all. People need to stop blaming the coach when the players don't step up,that includes barkov. If barkov is the C and supposed to be elite…he's not showing it. That no gas in the tank stuff is getting old too. Zero consistency all season. And maybe 5 games allseason that can be called complete good games. The Seasons not over,but why invest any time in them if they do put forth a game in game out Fandom worthy effort?
All his last starts he looked like he didn't want to be there. So slow and no even an effort. And Maurice couldn't even change him in those games to try to save them. Spencer needs to go to AHL for some games to get his confidence back.

Trade his ass for a top 6 foward or top 4 defenseman. Trade reinhart and Bennett and ruin the core. Also trade duke for Jesse pijjjuuujamas whatever his last name is. Go on a 20 year rebuild……That’s what all the experts are saying.

This is team management fault why draft spencer if u signed bob. Keep in mind spencer was a top 15 pick who could've easily went top 10; and is still the best goalie prospect in the nhl. Spencer had talent no doubt
Spencer knight is a franchise caliber goalie the real question is bob a certified hall of famer? Love Bob btw not a hater this team management needs to be better
For spencer development I don't mind him playing the puck behind the net, and sometimes or alot of times , these are things u learn thru experience. And at this point it's to late to bring him down to the ahl full time and give him the time he needs down there. We should've made him play the season in the ahl last yr and brought him up this yr .
