Let’s be very clear brad treliving is JUNK!!! worst GM period, the Florida trade fell into his lap. Meh on Boeser his contract kills the trade. Shenn is not worth spending assist on. If Calgary wants A defensive player get Chychurn, only 4.6 mil with term. The Flames have been searching for a top six all year and still nothing!! Man I hate this GM.
As a sens fan of course I would like to get weegar but with out knowing what’s going out it’s hard to say if I would like the trade.

Panthers don’t have to sell anyone for duke. They can just use hornqvist ltir and maybe wave a player like Collin white
Why would Montreal pay half of Drouin’s salary for a 5th round pick when he’s on a expiring contract? If Drouin is moved it will be for a 3rd rounder at worst
I wonder about a Patrick Kane to Buffalo trade.
Kane is from Buffalo, Buffalo could potentially make the playoffs this year (they are 6pts back of Washington in the final wildcard spot and have 4 games in hand on them and 5 games in hand on the other 2 teams between them and Washington).
Buffalo has made some good signings lately and Kane might like what he sees in the core of the group to sign for a couple more years.
The Sabres have the cap room to take on his full salary so they may not need to offer as much as other teams what would need CHI to eat some salary. BUF has 3
2nd round picks this year along with their 1st round picks for this year and next (I would top 10 protect the pick for this year if they used that). Also a player like Mittleatadt would probably be a player CHI would have interest in. BUF also has some prospects. I could see a few different ways that BUF could get this deal done if Kane wanted to go home.

The Hawks used the pick acquired for Dach to pick Frank Nazar, they selected Korchinski with the pick acquired from Ottawa for Debrincat.
Why would Ottawa be in on any big trades??…they aren't making the playoffs.
Ottawa could get a deal done .Here's one Jacob Larrson,Ridly Greig,Lassi Thomson,Gambrelle and Washingtons 2024 2nd for Weeger
DeBrincat has been a disappointment…. Ottawa should be sellers. Maybe they ship him to a playoff team for picks .. 🙄

Canucks Mgmt would LOVE to shed JT Miller…. Was a bad error in judgment to sign him. If they can get OEL and him out of there, they could re-tool faster.
At this point in his career, Kane doesn't care about being outspoken and voicing his opinions. Why would he care. He's payed his dues to the game of hockey he has also been very loyal to the Blackhawks organization. He's earned that right to voice his opinions on certain things. As bad as I would like to see kanerz on the leafs, I can't really wrap my mind around bringing in 10 million dollar patty kane who's also injured, not to mention the assets Chicago would want in return. Like I've said before 10 million dollar superstars are great to have, but I don't think the leafs need another one. Sam Bennet outta Florida would be ideal. Gritty/hard worker. Some offense. Playoff style guy who can play center or wing and a hell of a lot cheaper.
