I think someone will take Drouin . We won’t get much for the pending UFA but he’s low risk , high reward player that a team could get for a nothing pick

If we could keep Monahan, would that open up Anderson for a trade?
Sportsguy1223
Please. Trade Anderson for a haul. I’m begging you Kent

Imagine being a contender and having to settle for E V G E N Y D A D O N O V after striking out on every good forward 💀

Give us anything for Dadonov please

Here’s hoping we see some surprises from Kent Hughes to continue adding to our pool of picks and prospects.
If they can’t move Edmundson or Monahan, I wonder if that influences their decision to move on from Anderson.
Wouldn’t surprise me if Dadonov or Drouin at retained salaries go for some mid-round (3rd-5th) picks if some teams want an extra bit of depth and healthy bodies.

Doesn’t sound like it’s gonna be a fun TDL

The only loss is Monahan, Edmundson can always get moved next year.

I’d think a guy like Monahan would want to participate in meaningful hockey at some point this season and will probably try to dress in a couple of games before the TDL, especially with his UFA status.
Edmundson is a different scenario because he is still signed next year, so no rush for him this season.
Other than that, there might be some more minor moves. Like depth pieces traded for AHLers/late picks just to be reservists elsewhere.

An Anderson trade would likely get us as much as Chiarot or more

How about we trade the Reverse Retro jersey for literally anything please ?
tahqa
It’s this reality that makes this season a much bigger disaster than last year, despite finishing 32nd last season. We got a lot of assets for Kulak, Toffoli, Lehkonen and Chiarot and the #1 overall pick.
This season we’re looking at a much lower pick in a much better draft, and a bunch of cap space as we let a bunch of guys walk for nothing.
