The Nashville Predators were absolutely overwhelmed on the ice and on the scoreboard by Brad Marchand, Patrice Bergeron, Jeremy Swayman, and the Boston Bruins last night. Bridgestone Arena too was overwhelmed with the frustration of Predators fans as Juuse Saros was once more left out to dry while the team struggled through sixty minutes. Is it time for David Poile or the leadership group to pull the trigger on major franchises changes before the trade deadline?
The Predators were shut out 5-0 and while the loss was not unexpected, the feelings among the fan base, the team, and even head Coach John Hynes after the game were perhaps a bit surprising. On today’s Locked On Predators we recap last night’s loss with our “one word” to describe the game. We’ll tell you the moment on ice that seemed to mark a turning point for the future of this franchise and fanbase, and what we think that moment means. Nick and Ann – avowed “hocktimists” – share their thoughts on why this particular game felt like a chapter closing. We also discuss the counterargument that may be floated for pausing on big changes. We debate who is to blame for the state of the Predators right now and what needs to happen to move the team in a positive direction. It is an episode of big feelings on today’s Locked On Predators.

You're giving us Forsberg, yes?
I believe the change should start from the very top with the GM the next to the coach and then go from There
I stayed tuned until the 4th goal. As much as I would hate to see BIG changes in the team, I'm resigned to the feeling, it may be time.
Blow it up.
20 something’s games to stay alive😢 as a dead loyal fan I’m saddened to see the fall of this team, but I think it’s time that something is done. I honestly don’t think it’s Hienz as well it’s gotta be something with front office or and perhaps a few players that may the fix for success down the road! Either way I will continue to watch em they are my hockey team good or bad! Bad as we are we still have to agree we ain’t Arizona 😅
