Brian Elliott goes to play the puck and decides to clear it straight to Alexis Lafrenière who ties the game at 1-1 between the New York Rangers and Tampa Bay Lightning.

  2. Rangers fan here. Tampa did what the Rangers almost always do. Give the game away late. Even tonight they blew the lead with under two minutes. Igor saved them by being a wall in the shootout.

  3. I had coaches always say never play the puck, obviously Elliott made himself look like a fool but his gear is on point.

  4. Why do goalies keep doing this this year? Are goalie’s collectively trying to prove some kind of point about being able to puck handle or something? This is like the 20th goalie flubbing the puck into the net this season, maybe the nhl should put electric fences around the crease and shock collars on the goalie to keep them in their spot.
