There’s always “shoulda, coulda, woulda” but it is truly unfortunate the 2020 season was cut short. The blues were a wagon, first in the west and looked like they were going to run it back. The pause did them no favors and once they got back together they lost steam.
I just want everyone to remember the 19/20 team and even the 21/22 team. Doug deserves some credit cus it truly wasn’t one crack at the can.

I think that season will have an asterisk for all the major sports.
It was bullshit. CoVid was overrated as fuck and ended up being nothing to worry about anyways. We were robbed of a repeat.
I think the real disappointment is the friends we made along the way.

Truth is, we had just as good of a shot as anyone else. Everyone else’s season was suspended too. It’s not like it only affected us.
Let’s face it. Army built us a winning Cup team, but he also mismanaged keeping them together and building a dynasty instead of making us one-hit wonders.
Not bitter. We got a Cup. But it’s facts, non-the-less. Let’s not act like Army and the Blues were robbed. That’s delusional.
