We’re winning the cup next year
Thrilled KJ and Sillinger were set up for success by downgrading their linemate from Laine to Pederson and then only played 8 and 9 mins each so Larsen’s Golden Grinders could play almost 20 mins and secure 2 completely meaningless points.
*Nah totally you guys are right. This organization has proven over the years it can develop talented, scoring players and isn’t a complete graveyard for offense. I’m sure this approach will work this time around.

Observations from being at the game:
1) Gudbranson is even more intimidating in person
2) Boqvist looked really good
3) KorpiSOLID
4) Kuraly shouted “FUCK!” while coming to the bench roughly 50% of the time
5) A lot of “to the fucking JACKETS?!” after the game
6) My decision to buy a Heiskanen jersey at the game cursed the Stars, so you’re welcome I guess
I was super disappointed I didn’t get to see Gaudreau, like pretty much everyone else. Was made up for by seeing Foudy’s first NHL goal, one of the 12 blackout jersey games for the Stars, unknowingly getting tickets for the Black History Night game where they honored Trevor Daley, seeing 2 goals called back AND seeing 1 awarded, and seeing the ultra rare CBJ road win this season. Definitely recommend seeing a game at AAC if you can.
