The next week-10 days is all about showcasing players they intend to trade. Braun & Seeler definitely, plus the big salary guys – JVR, Hayes, Deslauriers, DeAngelo, Sanhiem, Risto, & Provy. Would be a shame to loss all those defensemen- that's the 1 area where Torts has gotten some improvement, just not consistently enough. But the offense & powerplay are just so bad !!! Guys like Tippett, Laughton, Frost, Cates look good in 1 game, then bad for 3. And Farabee has been nearly invisible all year.
Rachel and Russ, thank you for making being a Flyers'fan bearable.
I've been a Flyers' fan since their inception. There have been bad times in the past, but there was always some ray of light. I don't see a future where this team will be anythiing other than in the mediocre middle for years to come. It's sad.
However, Locked On Flyers is great! Keep up the good work.
