    I’m surprised Matthews grades out so poorly on defence. I knew he was having a down year defensively but I didn’t realize it was that bad.

    I’m not understanding this table at all. WAR = wins above replacement. So presumably, 100% means double the amount of wins above a replacement level (average) player, and 0% would be a by-definition replacement level player. Literally everyone on this list is above 0%, so this suggests that every player on the team is above average?

    I’m sure my interpretation is wrong, but what exactly does % represent? Percentage of what?
