Winnipeg Jets blow past Rangers 4-1 | New York Rangers



The New York Rangers were back at home at the Garden on Monday night as they took on the Winnipeg Jets. The Jets defeated the Rangers 4-1.

Vincent Trocheck was the only Ranger to score a goal.

  1. K. Miller tendency is to use his stick more due to his long reach. Needs to play a physical style at times preventing the opposition to carry the puck in deep.

  2. Spotting the opponents 4 goals Edmonton, 3 goals Calgary and 2 goals tonight in the first period isn't going to win very many games. Maybe score a couple goals in the first so goalkeeper doesn't have to stand on his head. Penalties are also hurting the team like delay of game.

  4. Winnipeg is just a few points from being the top team in the West – they play hard – and they got a jump on our boys in the opening period. Rangers need to be sharper in the first, and Shesterkin needs to find consistency.
