You really not going to give Kaner the First Star? Interview this man!
What a game against a great team
How close was that shot by Kaner? They wouldn’t show how much time was left at the UC
* Kolesar scores off a Kane d-zone turnover.
* Guttman scored on a breakaway.
* T. Johnson scored a last minute, game tying PPG off a faceoff.
* The Hawks improved to 2-for-the-last-35 on the PP.
* Kane appeared to score a buzzer-beating OT GWG on a breakaway, but a review showed that time expired. He earned an assist and 7 SoG in 27:24 TOI.
* T. Johnson scored the SO winner.
* Tank report:
* The Hawks have the 3rd-worst .384 points % (43 points in 56 games). The Ducks have the league-worst with .353 (41 points in 58 games).
* Bedard has 14 points in his last 4 games.
I don’t care if the goal didn’t count that Kane goal was still magical
Blackhawks have been very fun to watch lately! Win or lose I love them.

Unfortunate that Rule of Cool isn’t enough to counter the clock
I didn’t think anything could top Kaner’s hat trick this season, but that OT clapper that should have been will always still be a highlight even if it didn’t count. Showtime right to the very end.
I feel this sad sense of loss already…Kane has been putting on a show these last few games and I’m not ready to accept that this might be it for us. If he wants to move on, I’ll wish him all the success with his new team, but it would sting badly to see him go.
So like… can we lose more so we have a better shot at bedard.

Watching the broadcast feed replay it went in with 0.1 left. Crazy it got disallowed. Arena was electric tonight, wanted Kane to get that.
