Good move.The price didnt involve a first so not bad at all.Ottawa still will need a little more than that to sign Debrincat and Zub.
This is a good trade for both teams I think sens will need the cap space and it a no risk possible high reward for the hawks. As a sens fan if you look at it with the cat trade it makes it easy to swallow too

WOWsa!! Another trade today makes it a busy day prior to the deadline–definite cap dump by the Senators. Maybe NZ rebounds with the Hawks and plays well for them, after all, there's no real pressure in Chicago right now as far as winning.

Gotta think this has to mean that Pierre is looking to acquire a player this deadline (possible D) since the sens probably could’ve just waited till the offseason to offload this contract as it would’ve been only 1 yr left and much cheaper trade price
