it seems less likely that i would feel like a dominating, unstoppable-force-of-nature winner if i pulled some wimpy stuff to start off the fight in some effort to get points deducted from my opponent or something.
i imagine you would need a warrior's mentality to weather that kind of clash of wills
(i mean, i've sparred, but nothing like a real boxing match for keeps, where a pro is truly trying to damage me).
