  1. I was there and I was scared to death. I was speechless and was a nervous wreck. I'm so glad they did a makeup game. But it sux that they counted the damn Nashville goal. :((

  2. This can be applied to everyday life though. I can say that if you're walking home alone you could going into cardiac and die it really scares me because i have a heart murmur and suffer from epilepsy.

  3. I like how you uploaded this 13 years ago and still haven't bothered to figure out if you spelled "collapses" correctly

  4. Hmmm! Game cancelled, and RIGHTLY so, after a player had a heart attack! Flash back to 1972 Munich, Germany! ELEVEN athletes MURDERED and the games went on!!! Makes no sense!

  5. I've never understood their actions that night. I understand the urgency, but ripping the cot out of the medic's hands accomplishes nothing. Dumbasses

  6. I was at that game with my family when he had the heart attack. Scary things happen all the time. After that, there was a fight in the parking structure in the vicinity of the Joe Louis Arena (drunk people). It was in November of 2005.

  7. Just highlights the importance of knowing CPR. A skill everyone should have. And make a mental note of where the AED is located when you go different places (school, work, or somewhere new)

  8. No wonder they were in a panic, they had to get his gear off to start compressions. Those men are heroes 👏🇺🇸

  9. I bet his girlfriend was l8ke if he dies O will get all his money. Why do think hockey players always have beautiful wives or girlfriends. Of course it's for the money and a small part is for the .fame

  10. Honestly someone surviving going into full arrest is rare. Coming back and not being a vegetable is more rare. And coming back using no drugs and just cpr and aed is a 1 in a trillion.

  11. Yup auto defibrillators are absolutely essential to every sport venue, they’re so easy to use literally anyone could, and they work.
