The pens don’t need to make any trades. All they need to do is give there minor league forwards a try in the bottom 6. Sullivan is too stubborn
Sullivans stubbornness and Hextall being a shit gm is what is killing this team. Hextall needs to be canned by the end of the year
Instead of throwing out more money to guys on the wrong side of 30 the Caps need to trade away all their pending UFAs, build around the new wave of Wilson, Strome, Milano, etc. and weaponize their projected nearly $18 million of cap space this offseason
Caps and Pens will be competitive until Ovi and Crosby retire.
Caps should sell, but I doubt they do.
