JP played good tonight but mans snake bitten come finishing… that's all.. everyone else played phenomenal after letting in the first goal.. Letang still playing so good after all he's been through.
Nice win for sure. With a strong lead, it really affords the opportunity to spread out the minutes. I wonder if they might practice jamming up the neutral zone in games like this. It can be a good strategy sometimes.
If puljujarvi just had some finish he could be such an elite player. Whoever he ends up going to if he does hopefully he gets a lot of skill drills to figure it out. Best game of the season with a nearly 60 minute effort.
Nuge, what a goal! Nurse had multiple great shifts tonight, full 200 ft hockey. I'm as hard on Nurse as anyone, but he has been looking real solid lately keep it up 25. Bouchard is still playing soft needs to sit a game or two. JP was moving well tonight played a solid game, nice to see shore and Yams score.
These reports make no sense whenever mcdavid has a good night they ask the same question “do you run out of words to describe him”. Like why constantly ask that makes no sense.
Woodcroft there is absolutely no reason to have Devin Shore in the minors. He deserves a permanent spot on that 4th or 3rd line. He could easily replace PULJUJARVI or Yamo. In fact I would trade those two and try and pick up a veteran defensemen.
