This was previously uploaded, but had some missing parts of the game and lesser video and audio quality. This has every moment of the game and all of the post-series commentary on ESPN.

The infamous game where Brett Hull scores the Stanley Cup-clinching goal for the Dallas Stars with his foot in the crease.

This was a classic game but the whole series was great. Whenever I think about the best Stanley Cup Final this one and 1994 come right to mind.
No goal
Never forget the Minnesota North Stars we were robbed
They had four 96 Panthers in this. Skrudland was in Dallas. Barnes, Woolley and Warrener in Buffalo. Warrener returned in 2004 with fellow Panther Lowry.
My dad is a Stars Fan
He was so happy to see the Stars win the Stanley Cup
The famous no goal championship. Yeah Buffalo fans always mentions this everytime they here Texas or Dallas for that fact.
you have the 1999 west final between dallas stars and colorado avalanche

I don't know where the no goal idea came from
4:02:44 SCORE! SCORE! SCORE! THE DALLAS STARS! BRETT HULL! THEY'VE WON THE STANLEY CUP! DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS THE STARS ARE SHINING!
That SC intro was lit!
You see that crowd!!!
That's what we were missing this time around… stupid 2020…
PS- I miss seeing those Stars jerseys so much!! Home and Away.

Four things in life that are always guaranteed:
Life
Death
Taxes
Dallas beating Buffalo in championship games.
Thank you for this!!
And Hull's Overtime goal = GOOD CALL!
Gary Thorne’s call was better than Bob Cole’s. But the winner of the call on Hull’s goal is RJ(Rick Jeanneret)
DALLAS STARS VS PHOENIX COYOTES MARCH 22, 2002 IN AMERICAN AIRLINES CENTER
4:02:43 Gary thorne brett hull call
Belfour Belfour Belfour
Peca should have his number retired by Buffalo now that there on good terms.
I felt so bad for lindy ruff & Mike peca in that situation I like Dallas, and Buffalo got screwed in that situation. The whole brett hull had control of it is crap lindy ruff is right it went off of holzinger’s skate & hasek glove touched it before hull put it in the net. Buffalo got screwed on that.
Billiant! i remember this time i was so young 19 years
20:21 For all we hear about Hull in OT, the other Dallas goal…. for a goalie of Hasek’s caliber, that’s a BAD goal to allow
I was in a bar in New Jersey when this happend as soon as the lights went on the goal was scored.
Eddie Belfour should've won the Conn Smythe that year. Outdueled 3 consecutive HOF goalies to win the Stanley Cup (Fuhr, Roy and Hasek).
The announcers probably shouldn’t have mentioned the controversy of the goal. That’s just way more disheartening to the Sabres fans. The way they brought up the subject was as dramatic as mentioning a world disaster
I come here for pain.
I have to wonder. Anytime your team wins the Cup no matter the circumstances, it is a joyous occasion. But when ESPN breaks that maybe your cup winning goal shouldn't have counted, did it give Dallas Stars fans pause? Maybe a less than ideal feeling about their brand new title? What was that like?
That was real hockey and real men. I miss those days. Now it’s just a bunch of figure skaters chasing a puck.
Nope……rebound lets you occupy the crease……….
I can listen to Gary and Bill all day long. Magnificent duo
I remember watching this game. Staying up late early Sunday morning. Back when I used to watch the Dallas Stars.
Thank you for uploading this
What was the song that was used in that final retrospect that had to be muted?
I was born and raised in Dallas. The Stars moved here when I was in kindergarten in 1993, and nobody thought major league hockey would be popular in Texas. Six years later, it finally paid off. I didn’t have cable, but my parents and I house-sat for our next-door neighbors who did have cable, and we were able to watch this spectacular game.
Dallas beat buffalo in football and now they beat them in hockey
I think the Sabres should’ve won this game, so that the Stars would’ve won game 7 and therefore, the Cup in front of the home fans in American Airlines Center in Dallas, enabling Brett Hull’s triple overtime goal there, instead of in game 6 in Buffalo.
One of the greatest finals games ever. Hull's foot was clearly in the crease and a coach's challenge would have overturned it today. Also, I love the old Sports Center when the broadcast was exciting and those lead ins were so well written and clever. Now it's the woke LeBron James show.
Beat Buffalo In NFL But NHL One Is Better And I Fell asleep When Watching The Video And The Game Wining Goal Woke Me Up
Buffalo didn't deserve to win with those jerseys.
Thank you so much for the upload! Love the memories of the good old time! Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭
Love to see the Stars in the most beautiful hockey jersey of all time!
I remember this game fondly since me and my dad were watching that night at our home in Richardson. This whole series was intense and an absolute blast to watch as a 9 year old.
